  • You keep questioning what you’re doing wrong, and why relationships feel SO hard for you, when other people just seem to blink & find the love of their life

  • You keep asking yourself “What’s wrong with me?”, “Why do other people seem to find relationships so much easier than me?” & “Am I even lovable?”

  • You worry that you’re too ‘needy’ and constantly wonder whether you are asking for ‘too much’.

  • You’re constantly looking for reassurance from your partner & external validation from outside of yourself, because deep down… you don’t feel good enough.

  • You continually ruminate about the status of your partnership, question whether your partner feels the same way as you, and replay conversations and text exchanges in your mind over and over again looking for signs of disconnection and abandonment. You’re like an "Emoji Detective" always analysing what their messages might really mean.

  • And to make things worse, you often find yourself chasing or in relationships/situationships with people who are emotionally unavailable which makes your anxiety and unworthiness intensify.

Here’s what I know does NOT work…

X Waiting for things to magically sort themselves out, hoping that one day you’ll just wake up & *poof* everything will be better! Newsflash… no action = no change.

X Consuming content without taking action. Reading books, talking to your friends and listening to podcasts is great but when it comes to relationships things don’t just miraculously shift without doing the deep inner work, committing to the process & taking action.

X Dismissing, ignoring, fighting or judging the way you feel and trying to just ‘get over it’. Blaming and shaming yourself is never an effective way to create meaningful change.

The truth of it is… if you keep replaying the same patterns over and over in your relationships, and doing what you’ve always done you’re likely to find yourself feeling resentful, unheard or unfulfilled, making it increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy relationship.
